You've already done the hard part — you can read Hangul, you know your basic grammar, and you can hold a simple conversation. Now you want to actually get somewhere with it: pass "TOPIK II," speak with real confidence, or be ready for study or work in Korea.

This class picks up exactly where Basic Korean leaves off. We're not re-teaching the alphabet or basic greetings — we're building the grammar, vocabulary, and listening speed you need for intermediate and advanced fluency.

This class assumes you can already read Hangul and hold a basic conversation. If that's not you yet, start with our Basic Korean Language Class first, and come back here when you're ready.

Who Should Join the Advance Korean Language Class?

This course is built for learners who've already covered the fundamentals — not absolute beginners.

  • Read and write Hangul comfortably, without sounding it out letter by letter
  • Hold a basic conversation — introductions, simple questions, everyday exchanges
  • Recognize basic sentence structures and common grammar patterns
  • Completed a Basic Korean course (at Toddle or elsewhere), or reached an equivalent level on your own
